Development plans for the financier's private Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Additionally included in this latest document drop appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in notations in red and includes a key labelling different parts of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, including designs for boat shelters.
More documentation released as part of the current investigative disclosure.
